7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Kindly note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, along with clear photographs or a short video. Our team will review the issue promptly and ensure a suitable resolution.


Items Not Eligible for Return

In the interest of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To maintain efficiency and faster processing, we do not offer direct exchanges.

Should you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original method of payment

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via secure bank transfer or UPI

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction.
